ok good. So the source of identification of foreign suiciders is AQ websites...without getting into how reliable of a news source AQ is, what percentage of total suicide bomber are these?

The number of suicide bombers in April alone was 67. So the total number of 250, even if not exaggerated by AQ (not that they would have motives to jack up the numbers to make themselves look important or anything) is less than 4-months worth of bombing (even less if not all of them were foreigners).
