You know why it is so tough to post trades? When you have a system like spiral, you almost have 100% confidence on it. But for most people, their confidence is only a %. For me , sometimes I have high confidence and I can hold my position, but sometimes I am not sure, I need to get in and out many times, that will make posting trades an awkward job. I guess I will never have a system that gives me 100% confidence. I would cover my position earlier but that would mean a lot of more postings. So the posting in fact affected my trading.
