So back to your original (I mean parroted) claim that Al Qaeda fighters should be killed. We have them at Guantanamo. How would you actually go about it. Gas chamber? Electric chair? Bullet between the eyes? Or in the back, as John Kerry allegedly did to a wounded Vietnamese (I am not criticizing him for it).
