Sig, RE: Look back at Michaels comments in 1998, 1999 he was flabbergasted at what a high price people were paying for Dell stock. As much a surprise to him as to anyone. I don't think that's true. But if it is, Dell owes his shareholders an apology for spending billions of their dollars buying back stock at what he thought were absurdly high prices.
