In a battle situation, certainly they should be killed. If they are captured and brought to US soil give them a trial in US courts. If you can prove they committed a capital crime, sentence them to death.

Aha, so you have arrived at my position. The harshest, yet realistic outcome that is possible under Bush (depending on if courts allow military trials or not).

Under John Kerry / ACLU administration, none of that would have happened. That's why his claim (and you repeading the claim) that Al Qaeda should be killed was especially hollow and naive.

FYI, it was just a week or so campaign consultants told him to sound tough on terrorism. You confused it actual position / conviction on the issue.

Sound reasonable?

Given the constraints the US operates under...
