Morning RRG, I was beginning to think that I was the only shareholder left standing <bg>!

Thats my read, even after 3 times thru the information. I don't have access to any insider trading reports so can't check to see if they had shares and sold or if they never had any shares. Whatever the case on that, as I read it, none of them own any NOW!. Also see page 9, 2nd topic for more clairification.

Salaries in this range or even higher are not out of line for top level management, whether rightly or wrongly so.
We, the shareholders, are never privy to most of what the company management does and the problems that they face in the day-to-day operations. Probably a good thing most of the time! Most of us have a hard enough time with our own problems.
_IF_ the Kazakstan Gov. had not thrown a monkey wrench into the works, would we be worrying about; 1) Directors ownership and 2) the amount they were paid this past year? My own answers are 1) Yes and 2) No (at the current level), but thats just me.
I would like to know; 1) did the directors see this comming, 2) if they did not see it comming, why not, 3) if they did see it comming, what did they do to try to head it off and 4) was the '<ownership> after 2 years of operation' clause in the original mine management agreement or is it some resolution that the government recently passed? But I'll probably never know!
My thoughts about the proposals to be voted on.
1) For - trust the management on this
2) For - any one else running??? <joke>
3) For - I understand that the company needs cash to operate _and_ maybe to get us out of the current problem, so I'll give in on this one even though I'm not happy about it. Big concern is that given the current situation and price, they will not gain enough cash to do any good. (Side note; CGZ is asking for 100% increase also. See recent posts on their thread)
4) Against - Come see me next year.
5) Against - Get us thru this SUCCESSFULLY, then talk to me.
6) Against - As above.
NOW I feel better!!! I might even be able to listen to comments from someone else <vbg>.
How you vote is up to you. Read inforamtion again if you need to, but be sure to vote the way your head tells you to! Not based on my thoughts!
