DCTC!!! SGA GOLDSTAR RESEARCH NEWSLETTER---9/8/97!!!!!!
Hi Everyone,
Just got some great news this morning. SGA Goldstar Research Newsletter has just put out initial coverage of DCTC. This newsletter is very highly followed. The following is an excerpt from this morning's newsletter.
"Grupo Brad de "Glad All Over" Rock n' Roll Is Here 2 StayMan"
DCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS: (DCTC) $1.78 and traded on the OTC Bulletin

Board... This speculative bulletin

board stock appears to be headed higher. The company is an international

supplier of telephone services

including long distance, prepaid cellular and telephone cards. DCTC

recently announced that its subsidiary,

CyberFax, signed nine agreements to roll out market trial services

providing international facsimile over the

Internet. With assistance from the National Research Council Canada,

CyberFax has developed proprietary

technology which uses the Internet as the communications medium to connect

fax machines anywhere in the

world. Using this technology, faxes can be sent for the price of a local

phone call.

The agreements call for CyberFax to provide its proprietary fax products to

telecom service providers located in

Hong Kong, India, Korea and Singapore. The signed partners include DACOM,

the second largest carrier in

South Korea; three leading Internet Service Providers in Hong Kong:

AsiaNet, LinkAGE, and Supernet; and RK

Telecom, which will provide international fax service to seven cities in

India. Revenues generated will be based on

the number of fax minutes used by subscribers. What distinguishes CyberFax

from other fax-over-Internet

products is that it is a real-time, not store-and-forward, service. The fax

transmission is delivered and the sender's

confirmation is returned in a single session just as fax-over-telephone

networks. The Internet is the backbone on

which the information travels. Since the technology provides real-time fax,

the quality is identical to that of a

dialed telephone call. CyberFax also provides a standard confirmation slip

at the end of the fax transmission. This

provides the assurance that all pages have been successfully delivered to

the desired party. This feature has

been deemed an essential part of the real time fax-over-Internet (IFax)

standard under development by the

International Telecommunications Union, Geneva. For additional information,

call the company at (800) 243-9855.
