Kawagama, thanx for sharing DVT.V with us. This is an interesting breed indeed. Software firms are quite nice. And this one seems to own a seismic lib also - like DWSN, Seitel, Veritas and Petro-Geo.. usually a trust is tax efficient, especially if you are domiciled in canada - on future payouts. Expect some revaluation upward once the plan of arrangement is announced. I am no specialst on this angle, maybe Taikun and others who have particular insight and coverage into Canadian trust types can add their two cents also.. I will however do some number crunching. From the "strategy section" of the last PR it certainly deserves a look ! CROSSY
