Peter, Many companies do offer HSAs and, you are right, they do have a certain attraction. Before they can work across the board, however, health care costs will have to be brought into some semblance of reason, and I don't see that happening in the foreseeable future. HSAs fall way short when one is struck with a catastrophic illness or injury or even one of the more resource-hungry chronic illnesses. - Holly
