Causing trouble here I see lol - that's OK.

I'll answer below..

If you refer to REpublicans and Bush as fascists, is it ok if I call DEms socialists?
Answer: No. Repubs are moving toward fascism, see Ray's post on the 14 characteristics of a fascist country. Tell me which one the Republicans are not moving towards now.
Dems are more moderate now. They have moved to the right also since the 1970s. WE have the largest military budget in history - exceeding all other countries combined. We are the only major country without national health insurance - among all capitalist countries and allies. WE are a very conservative country - both current parties.

We've never ceded sovereignity to the UN. And we should not do so. Issues of war and peace is for our gov't to decide.
Answer: We signed the UN charter, and we helped create the UN, as jmttab pointed out. WE cannot attack whichever country we want just because Congress votes, if it violates UN rules, sorry. Why can't Saudi just attack us then if they vote? lol

If you think we are bound to not go to war without UN approval, if the UN authorizes a war are we obligated to fight it?
Answer: Of course not.
