Yeah, the rocks and dirt keep peeling off...erosion....thats why this real estate is so "appealing."

Our property insurance rates keep climbing. We have all kinds of attractions here....

raw sewage emptying into ocean
condoms, syringes, beer bottles on the beach
tires, bodies, garbage in the surf
traffic
tourists
illegal aliens
gang warfare
graffiti
high gas prices
