If you read what I said, I was saying that The Philosopher's POSTS were ignorant, biased, arrogant and hostile. I don't know him. I hope that he personally is not like that at all, however. If someone writes me a whole bunch of really egotistical posts it makes me kind of grumpy. This is not a court, and I am not on trial, and I don't appreciate being singled out for challenges constantly, or defending exactly the same points over and over again. I really don't have that much time to spend here, and I get weary hearing the same tired charges over and over again.
For example, how many people here still believe that genetically modified crops are the answer to hunger in the world? I just get really burned out sometimes. I wish everyone here would talk to each other more so I could sit back and read all the lovely posts and not always have to answer them.
As I recall, you and several other people ganged up on Ionesco and accused her of lying. Now that is a serious personal attack.
I COULD ban myself, or perhaps give myself a warning, since I always try to warn people first. What do you think would be better? Can threadheads ban themselves, technically speaking? |
