I also listened in on the Q2 conference call. I didn't hear any earnings predictions at that point; in fact IMO the call was carefully scripted and pretty worthless. However, follow up discussion with the CFO (summarized in one of my postings earlier on this thread) indicate they are growing software protection market share faster than Rainbow, and also have two new products (ASE smart cards and license management) coming online.
