If he does have a mild form of autism, it would be of great value if he wrote a book on it to educate those that don't know what it is and how they can help, as well as provide helpful hints on how one can work around their sensitivity. I don't think a person has to use a negative label like autism, as if it's an illness, but rather a book on Sensitive Engineers - The Software Industry, which most of the software industry is. In school, I remember reading how "people keep shouting at each other at Intel" (manufacturing company), so joined Microsoft where the environment is as sensitive, intellectual and intuitive as what one can find. Sensitivity is a huge plus, not a negative. Too bad he doesn't give advice on sensitivity. A book with tips. Thanks for the link to the article.
