HMMMMMM,

A Dram price hike of 3%??

Looks like SIA's estimate of 5.5% IC growth is a lowball.

Many IC sales expected to grow 20% plus and the bottom feeding lowliest commodity is going up in price by 3%??

Somewhere in this forward looking estimate of IC demand is a huge realignment of global demand about to be COMPLETE REVERSAL.

It always happens this way - suddenly pricing restores margins and shortages occur.

Then as Morgan states "everybody wants it all at once".

I believe Stuart was the first to point out that watching the big Taiwan Foundries and their utilization rates is the best indicator.

My bet is their leading edge technology will have a hard time just keeping up with the new plethora of game boxes entering the market this year.

This whole sector is about to get respect - read that the accumulation is just about over.

Check this sleeper out and they are in the SCE sector!!!!!
