As for introducing the high level of violence, that's the responsibility of the killer insurgents, correct? And it's they who are to blame for the current violence in Iraq, correct? Or do you believe that those that kill Iraqis with suicide car bombs are not responsible for their actions - the coalition is responsible for their actions?

The mistake you are making is that you are assuming that Ted operates any kind of logic and consistency.

Ted has one argument, one dimension: Bush bad.
