That leaves us to consider the parts of the intel community which are very skilled in these areas.

I think you may either be unaware of, be suffering temporary amnesia about or be bluffing about just how devious the elites in this country have been in their foreign adventures.

From Operation Gladio to the P2OG proposal, it certainly appears to me that there is no lack of will toward engaging in false flag operations and acts that any sane observer would determine to be state terrrorism.

I'd recommend a review of the Church Commission report to alert you to the methods of deviousness which were regularly employed by the intel community from the 1940s to the 1970s. That was the last time that the American public got much of a chance to see the operations of the secret government exposed to the light of day. It was certainly the last time that the forces of open government and decency could control the criminal initiatives of those let loose by Ron Reagan and the Bushies.
