Try "Time Enough For Love" to get a taste of Laz Long, and "Stranger In A Stranger Land" is known as Heinlein's best. I thought it was a great book when I was a teenager, but I can't guarantee that you will love it as much now :-)

I haven't read any Rod Serling & Ronald Dahl. I checked them out in Amazon.Com and Rod Serling seems to be the author of Twilight Zone. And Roald Dahl seems to be the author of several children's books, like "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and "James and the Giant Peach". Is this a mistake on my part?

I think it is wonderful for one to be so linguistically talented as you seem to be.

It is probably not exceptional talent but exposure in my case. When you are young, it is just so easy to pick up different languages. French is the latest language I learned, and it was the most difficult to pick up, as it was only in my late-20s that I started studying it.

I hope to do better with my children & have plans of how to expose them gradually to 7 languages by the age of 3. Apparently, the secret is to make sure everybody in the household speaks to the kid in only one language. Like TV channels in different languages :-)
