Hong Kong is the only location I know of that consistently uses multiple doors to process an aircraft quickly.

I would suggest a visit to most Virgin Blue terminals in Australia. Dual exits are the norm, and pax get upset if its not available. Virgin Blue is primarily domestic transportation.
