You should think things through a bit more Bill before attacking me as wishy washy for wanting effective governance (again). Mike It's thinking things though that brought about that comment. You never are in favor of anybody taking a principled stand. Carter must have been a perfect President for you. We are at war, and I am glad to have someone in the WH who understands that. When you have a majority in congress, you put though YOUR programs, not a hash consisting of "six of this, and six of that."
