Perhaps I am confused on the subject, as jttmab also corrected me, so I e-mailed a captain I know who was in on it, and here is his reply, and from it I still don't know the real truth, so when I see him face to face, I will use the old Jack Daniels torture... Col. Hickey!!! He's a good guy, that guy in the photo... I ran into his old translator at a gas station dowtown by my house, the guy recognized my 4ID sticker on my truck. The particular identity of the informant and the exact nature of the 'information transaction' arent really important.. unless you are the informant or you would like to see him killed. I expect some of this to be shrouded in one form or another of 'mystery.'
