You are so narrow in your view :-)

The other Partner in Airbus is BAE so lets add them in:

BA Integrated Defense Systems $39.2
EADS Defence (incl. military transport) $5.3
BAE Systems $24.5

So the comparison is 29.8 B vs 39.2 B. Hardly the order of magnitude you try and paint.
