the Iraq situation was always a risky venture as the Administraiton promised..

Ah, is that why Cheney said we will be greeted by throngs of Iraqis? Is that why Rumsfeld referred to "just a few dead-enders" almost two years ago? Is that why Wolfowitz said that Shinseki's estimates of 400,000+ soldiers was way too high?
