This restructuring plus the new appointments add up to KWG restructuring its balance sheet to look acceptable for the new financing required for Cuba and Russia. The move to umbrella all metal holdings under KWG is positive. I don't believe this reshuffling of assets to KWG is without good underlining reasons. I think we are going to hear some very positive financing announcements. The Cuban financing must be in place some time in November. Waiting to see! philip t.
