Market Pulse: Applied Micro Circuits COO Tullie to resign June 17 Thursday June 2, 4:18 pm ET By Carla Mozee SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Applied Micro Circuits Corp. said after Thursday's closing bell that Chief Operating Officer Thomas Tullie has decided to resign, effective June 17. The San Diego-based chipmaker said it doesn't plan to fill the position.
