I do wonder why we had to pay a premium for a company that was not really going anywhere. Hopefully, Scott knows something we dont know. I have never heard him accused of being stupid. At least, being all cash, our stock is NOT further watered . IF it earns more then the money in the bank earned it will be positive right from the git go. They say SUNW will be better able to compete with EMC. Being also an EMC shareholder I am not buying that for face value. EMC is damn strong technically. Having a full service offering makes some sense to me, so long as its good technology. jdn
