Usually my favorite stocks are DELL,INTC, MSFT and SUNW, but they all seem to be stuck in the mud for now. I bought some GTW in the fire sale last week, and will hold on to it for a while.
I have a feeling Mr AG is going to raise interest rates sometime this year. When he said "We attempt to assess the implications for financial and economic stability of the extraordinary rise in equity prices.......History, however, is somewhat ambiguous on the issue of whether central banks can safely ignore asset markets, except as they affect product prices.", that sounds to me like the beginnings of a warning.
So, I am investing in some smaller cap stocks, as I think they have more potential for growth right now. I just discovered LGND, a real promising biotech stock with some great drugs in the final stages of testing. (one was so successful, the tests were halted early biz.yahoo.com ). I'm hunting around for more. Got any good suggestions? |
