Hi Jill,

PD is really setting up nicely here.... this is very very tempting:

PD has rallied into resistance and is failing there, at the declining 50sma, and formed a very bearish gravestone Doji.

And, that level coincides with chart resistance:

stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[dd][pb50!a90!f][vc60]&pref=G

Immediately above the 50 is the 200 sma, and there has been a bear cross. Technicals are getting overbought, and there is an early sell signal (unconfirmed) in Williams.
