FH, where did you find this? It's interesting and well written. It is odd that Fisher quotes Constitutional unity as a plus while Bush tries to unravel our Constitution. The Daily Reckoning said that Switzerland has a weak central govt. and has a better currency than we do and the Swiss seem to be prospering. <G>
