bbw got to love the fear here...heavy short interest to boot...SSB on the downgrade took down '05 estimates 3 cents fwiw....I'm still amazed at how some of these new companies just don't understand how to manage the intricacies of being public---they needed to organize a secondary and awhile ago at that...this is what happens when you do not = a downgrade just creams the stock
