<you were telling me what a bad deal Energy Split was. >

Well, I did buy Energy Split after hearing what a great thing it was and then I found out it is full of underlying trusts with bad metrics and I can make more money buying individual trusts like TKE and DAY. Part of the problem is the huge fees ES, EN extract.

I also found out it is levered 1.7x to the price of underlying trusts, so in a downturn which is what the US is experiencing right now, any drop in demand that impacts prices impacts ES, EN 1.7x. Remember some of those trusts aren't sustainable at $40 oil and you get a bunch of those.

Sold my last EN today $14...

Rogers management is uninspiring. You may do well, but over the several quarters I owned their metrics never seemed to improve. They can't control energy costs, can't expand, can't get their payout ratio down.
