There's Nothing Wrong
With That Car, Plaintiffs Insist
OREGON (CN) – In a quintessentially American lawsuit, a mother and homeowner has sued the Preston Meadows Homeowners Association in Clackamas County Court. Plaintiff Mary Schell says the HOA has repeatedly reported her to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Department, claiming that her son is violating HOA covenants that prohibit disabled vehicles from being parked in front of a house. But Schell and her son insist there is nothing wrong with the car, a 1963 Chevrolet Bellaire.
