President Chimp started the Iraq War a full month before Congress voted to give Chimp authority to wage it: thenation.com Chimp was quoted at the time as doing everything he could to stop the war, but at the same time he was bombing areas of the no-fly zone in order to provoke Saddam into war. Bombing is an act of war and he had no such authority to start a war. This is another impeachible offence.
