neither describe my experiences. We are all individuals. Your links talk about internal experiences that give the appearance of being mystical and potentially supernatural but according to the authors, probably originate in the individual's brain. Whether they are or simply biofeedback as the authors suggest is open to speculation. My experiences were external to my body and happened to me and not within me, suggesting something other than biofeedback and brain origination.
