Without abortion, the world would be overcrowded with humans. Without abortion there would be many more humans that weren't wanted by anyone in the first place and will be subject to abuse and neglect, after they use up a great deal of resources. A few cells need no more sympathy than I gave to cells I shaved off my cheek this morning. TP
