The "ALMI stock sale" under $1.10 a share should be over.
News has not been much -- only nano prospects, but that has been very strong.
Today we have confirmation of final court approval of the ANMP settlement. That should open the Atlas Mining door and let us know what is to happen.
Information we believe to be true:
The dismissal of the ANMP lawsuit (not served) will follow payment. The debt is fixed at $406,000 and current. It is short term being due in 90 days.
Product is in bags at the Dragon Mine site ready to be shipped per a visitor. They may belong to Natural Nano.
First deliveries are expected to be to high end users. Lintech has no product to date.
Licenses for the Navy halloysite patents have been requested and may have been issued. The Navy does not report the issuance of a non-exclusive patent licenses.
Atlas should have to look to sales now for income or piggyback the 175,000 shares to be paid in the ANMP settlement which may lower the price available.
The purchase of the Dragon Mine for $500,000 in July would be very advantages to Atlas Mining, but sales for the preceding year ending in July must exceed $1,000,000.
Confirmation of production and reserves are expected soon.
