"inflation in consumables" Mrs. Ork and I went to an upscale version of Dairy Queen a couple of nights ago where I ordered the equivalent of a medium raspberry blizzard made with frozen yogurt and she had a small. Last year I don't think it would have cost seven bucks. When the girl behind the counter told me $7.70, I said "Did you raise your prices this year?" She said "Yes, our supplier raised our prices." Tonight at Outback my side caesar was $2.29. Last year it was $1.99. Prices are going up fast.
