IMO, even without actual impeachment by House Republicans, the drumbeat of impeachable offenses paints both the Bush administration AND the Congressional Republicans with the same brush of lying to the American Public. It may be the sufficient seed of doubt that says, they lied about WMDs so what else are they lying about?

Are they lying about Social Security? Are they lying about the Dems? What else are they lying about?

Heck, in 2004, Republicans claimed that Dems would ban the bible. Now, in a country that's virtually all Christian, they claim that Christians are discriminated against and are under attack.

That's what they do. They make ridiculous claims, repeat them endlessly and then disavow any knowledge or blame someone else, usually a Clinton.
