hardly. I agree with the market....there is no easy way out of the mess scott has created. his strategy is to buy a PROFITABLE albeit stuck in the mud company because he can't create one himself. He has spent half his cash already and you see the reaction from wall street. This strategy, like MOST serial acquisition strategies, is DOOMED to fail. At best, he will turn sun into a plodding company with average profits and a low p/e. That is not a recipe for putting the dot back in dot com. This is really a diversification ploy working under the assumption that his bread and butter server business is toast.
