It might be generational, it might be cultural, it might be religious. But it's probably impossible to reconcile. The country was birthed by revolutionaries that wouldn't stand for the trampling of individual rights. It wasn't founded by conformists or people trying to fix a particular perspective on the masses. Constantly questioning government is what has made this country great, and greater as time has passed. "ABB" is your invention to disengage from debate about the Bush killing fields. It's your problem to reconcile that with your religion or your dogma or whatever. But don't try to tell me that criticism of government is about personality (ABB). It's about policy, pure and simple. If you are afraid to debate policy, and insist on hiding behind the ABB thing, then your posts are a waste of time. John
