LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The royal family of Saudi Arabia will be glad to hear that you approve of their exemption from jurisdiction of the ICC on the grounds of being a monarchy. I think the English and Spanish can get out from under on these grounds too. :-)
