I dare say you would be ageist as well as sexist and select only young males. It is always hilarious to see people advocate force, conscription and slavery to defend "freedom". They seem unable to see the irony. Have you heard of paying the market price? In a free society, services have a cost and people wanting to hire those services pay the rate required or forego the service. If there's a shortage of soldiers, then raise the price. It's a simple concept. If the pay rate is higher than lawyers and doctors, then more people will choose to be soldiers and the talent available will be much better too. It's a new-fangled idea called supply and demand. I'll explain it to you if you like. Mqurice
