The correct term is abuse of power. Clinton abused power. Wiley had the misfortune of having her husband (the former Governor of VA) die, and looking to the Whitehouse for an opportunity to get the Democrat party to help her earn an income. Kathleen did not fit Clinton's MO at all. She was attractive. Can you think of another attractive woman he ever groped, assaulted or married?
