The old flamethrowers you remember are gone from the Army and USMC. The old napalm bombs are gone from USAF. We had developed a much more powerful and devasting device called FAE (fuel air explosive) bomb. I believe these are gone now too. I believe we have a new weapon (smart bomb) known as a new class of "solid fuel-air explosive thermobarics".
