they use the head hunters as a third rail to screen applicants. it avoids the potential law suit for discrimination i expect.

A weak excuse for being lazy and not being responsible for ones actions as far as I'm concerned.

It's not for the likes of me I feel sorry for though. During screening interviews, I met many able young graduate students with good degrees that have not been able find a career. Applying for low grade jobs that I would have not given a damn for at thier age. I think the unemployment problem is much worse then we are lead to believe.
