When did this happen JDN, and what caused the change? This program ended when OUR GOVT made it complicated, it got expensive and the Sugar Cane Farmers then turned to mechanical harvests. And on the ILLEGAL immigration problem....We can all notice which group, or person, is saying that some are "anti-immigration"....BUT notice everytime that is said, they have eliminated the word "ILLEGAL immigration..." We must start to check and see what groups are trying to use the race card, and ask ourselves WHY? Legal immigration is entirely different that ILLEGAL immigration.
