Great advice and I've been trying recipes for smoothies

I've seen some maturity in his appetite and food choices in the last months

I am just concerned about health, but may the summer gives him more time on his feet.

I bought fruit and fat free frozen yogurt for smoothies. He is pretty receptive so far!
