Gary--Right now the impact is sending this dog up. I closed out my short with a loss today and seemed to have caught the days low. I get the distinct feeling that the company officers are trying to tangle AVNT up so much it would be impossible to sort out what is what if they lose the law suits. TMA must be one wretch of a company to want to get involved in this mess. I will look to short this dog from higher ground. All the Best Druss
