ild - gee that's a great idea and only think about it they will declare their alliances with the US out of fear of Russia or China who will try to invade Siberia - I think you brought up a great point - let Russia cede Siberia it is not their any way and was only somewhat developed in the last 100 years

After that trust me the US will be able to balance their budgets
