Absolutely, Ohio, Michigan, California etc. already have pilots in place. I think the only reason that LA County took on just the 1800 inmate facility is money related and not performance related. The Lt. in charge of the project has already seen the performace of TSI and confident that it will be implimented County wide, money needs to be found to pay for it is all. The same is true with the State managers...money. Other state prison managers have seen the system in Ohio. The orginal install there is now nearly a year in-service. There have been no real problems that I know of in performance.

Just a matter of time I guess as well as the company being able to hang in there financially.
